We use Royal Mail for smaller deliveries and DPD Local for courier deliveries.

UK Mainland Express Delivery: From £7.95
This option expedites your order through our warehouse. Please order by 2PM, Monday to Friday, to receive your order on the next available working day.

FAQ 

• We supply a tracking number with each order. You can use this with the Royal Mail websites/apps to keep track of your delivery.

• Delivery estimates can be seen on the cart page. Select your region and enter your postcode for an instant quote.

• *Next-Working-Day delivery is not guaranteed. While most parcels arrive the next working day, some may occasionally experience delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by our couriers and postage refunds will not be issued.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

Let us know right away if anything is missing or broken when your delivery arrives.

Missing: If your order is has not been delivered in 7 days of receiving your notification of despatch,, please contact us.

Damages and leaks: We pride ourselves in packing your orders as best as possible. If you have received a damaged item please firstly make sure to sign with the delivery company as “damaged”  please DO NOT discard the item until you have contacted us. Please take photos as evidence. Damaged and leaking items must be reported immediately.  Please email: sales@poshmomkey.co.uk with your photos, quoting your order number.
